Ethereum Foundation сократила штат на 20%

Ethereum Foundation (EF) завершила многомесячную реорганизацию в рамках реализации Мандата и Политики управления казной. Новая структура включает пять рабочих кластеров — Protocol Layer, Access Layer, User Layer, Community Layer и Institutional Layer, а также блоки операций и управленческой поддержки. В рамках изменений фонд расстался с 54 сотрудниками — примерно 20% команды. EF предложила им выходное пособие: не меньше одного месячного оклада за каждый год работы или локального обязательного минимума, а также помощь с поиском новой роли в экосистеме и небольшой грант на сопутствующие расходы.
