Ripple получила предварительное одобрение CASP-лицензии в Люксембурге

Ripple получила предварительное одобрение CASP-лицензии в Люксембурге. По данным The Cryptonomist, решение оформлено в виде Green Light Letter и не является финальной лицензией: компании еще нужно выполнить дополнительные условия. После полного одобрения Ripple Payments сможет предоставлять регулируемые криптоактивные и стейблкоин-платежные сервисы банкам, финтех-компаниям и корпорациям в 30 странах Европейской экономической зоны. CASP-лицензия должна дополнить европейскую EMI-лицензию Ripple. По заявлению компании, Ripple Payments уже обработал более $100 млрд в более чем 60 рынках.
